"I have a young Millennial at home, my youngest son, he's a vegan. He inconveniences all of us," UBS Asia Pacific president Edmund Koh jokes to a small group of international journalists in town for the company's Greater China Conference.

While he notes you would have been hard pressed to find a vegan restaurant in Asia two years ago, "Today, just about every restaurant you go into will say: 'Vegan? That's fine'".
