UK University bans sale of beef products as part of bid to go carbon neutral

A university in London is banning the sale of beef products from campus food outlets as part of newly-announced environmental efforts.

Goldsmiths, University of London has declared a climate emergency and will work to make the institution carbon neutral by 2025. Beef products will be banned from the start of the 2019 academic year.
