An "excess" of puppies born during the coronavirus pandemic are being flogged to animal testing laboratories abroad for cruel experiments, a French animal rights organisation has warned.
Beagles, springer spaniels and pointers are some of the popular dog breeds that are going under the scalpal in labs after France's government issued a decree allowing breeders to sell them as "excess stock", says One Voice.
