H.O.P.E. The Project have just released the second 'Plant Power Story' episode with Paul Chatlin, Bypass Surgery or Plant Based Diet - Part II.

Just over 5 years ago, after being diagnosed with heart disease, Paul Chatlin was given a choice by his doctor, change his diet or undergo major heart surgery.

"Struggling to know what to eat and how to prepare it, Paul attended a seminar on plant-based nutrition by world renowned physician and researcher Dr. Caldwell B. Esselstyn. Better equip and motivated, Paul stuck with his new lifestyle. One month on, his heart pain went away completely. Within a year, his cholesterol levels dropped from 309 to 122 and he lost over 40lbs."

This film shows the changes Paul has made to his lifestyle, including taking up vinyasa yoga and launching a plant-based support group, since adopting a whole food, plant based diet.

Since the release of Paul's first Plant Power Story two weeks ago, the film has reached over 44,000 views on YouTube and 214,000 views on Facebook.
